2026 Summer Conference Wrap-up

While we are still wrapping up the conference season and finalizing our official numbers, here is an early look at how Summer 2026 shaped up:

• 129 conferences, including multiples
• 86% of our groups from 2025 returned in 2026
• 17 new programs welcomed to campus
• 4 flag football programs, a fun new market segment
• 18,000+ overnight guests across our summer conferences, Family Vacation Center, and Summer Inn, which included:
  • 2,858 incoming UCSB students attending Freshman Orientation
  • 1,961 Orange County Leadership guests (with another 391 staying at Tropicana)
  • 1,869 cheerleaders
• 1,674 gallons of ice cream, sherbet and ice milk served at DLG 6/20-8/28/26. That's 71,424 single scoops (3 oz scoop)
• 294 catered events 6/20-8/21/26
• 3,832 Guest Meal Tickets used
