Culture in Action: Meet Your WE CARE Workgroup
Ever wonder who's behind the high energy -- and awesome prizes -- at Spooktacular, Meet HDAE, and our Town Halls? It's the WE CARE Workgroup (WCW) - charged with empowering connection, communication and culture!
Launched in 2024, this group takes our core values — Welcoming, Ethical, Collaborative, Agile, Respectful, Excellent -- into our daily work lives. They took your feedback from the 2023 Employee Engagement Workgroups and turned it into actual events and activities to keep staff informed, included, and engaged. Their goal is simple: help make HDAE a place where, as Willie Brown put it, "people can be excited about working here."
Coming Soon: The team also commissioned MarCom to develop WE CARE posters and postcards, which will be distributed soon!
