The fast pace of the winter quarter, coupled with the challenging national landscape, I imagine many of you are experiencing additional stress and pressure in your day-to-day lives. As the staff responsible for creating a safe, residential experience for students, we also help prepare them for an increasingly complex world. With this responsibility top of mind, Housing, Dining & Auxiliary Enterprises has a long-standing history of being a values-driven organization. In the spirit of our WE CARE values, I encourage you to lean on your colleagues for support as you continue to navigate the challenges we will undoubtedly continue to face.
In the spirit of being in community, I invite all staff to attend the Meet HDAE: Open House & Resource Fair. This event is a powerful opportunity for us to recognize how truly interconnected our work is. Every unit will have a table to showcase the critical strategic initiatives they are driving forward, and the Construction Mitigation team will share updates on the new building projects. It is a chance to shine a light on the hard work happening across our organization. At the event, you will be able to
