On May 18, 2026, Conference & Hospitality Services officially said goodbye to Santa Rosa Residence Hall, our home for decades.

As the oldest residence hall on campus and a cornerstone of our summer conference program, these walls hold years of memories, community, and hard work. To our amazing summer conference clients and guests who have also called Santa Rosa home or gathered in its spaces year after year, thank you for being a part of its rich history. While Santa Rosa will always have a place in our hearts, we can't wait to see future Gauchos and conference guests create unforgettable memories in the new student housing facilities that will be built here.

We are gearing up for a fantastic season and are excited to welcome 128 conference programs to campus this summer. Even though we are operating with one less building this year, our pipeline remains incredibly strong, tracking just three programs shy of our 2025 total, with a few additional inquiries still pending.

A huge shoutout and thank you to all of our HDAE partners. Preparing for a busy summer is a massive undertaking on its own, but doing so while managing the Santa Rosa closure and upcoming construction prep takes a true village. Thank you for your hard work, agility, and partnership to make this summer a success!
